Lighten the Mental Load —Support Gathering @ Rooted
Moms carry an invisible weight: keeping track of appointments, anticipating needs, managing the household, making decisions, and trying to hold everything together while running on very little sleep. It's a lot to carry, even if you have a supportive partner.
This is the mental load of motherhood -- but it doesn't have to be overwhelming.
Cue Rooted's "Lighten the Mental Load" Support Group.
Every 2 weeks, join us for a warm, judgment-free group session -- helping you name what you're already carrying, and empowering you to lighten the load.
The group is facilitated by May Flam, a Professional Certified Coach and Fair Play Facilitator who helps moms reduce overwhelm and feel present and joyful in their lives. While there will be plenty of room for honest conversation, this isn't just a venting session. May will guide the discussion to help you better understand what's contributing to your mental load, identify what may no longer be serving you, and uncover practical next steps for creating more ease.
You'll leave with greater clarity about what you're carrying, ways to start lightening the load today, and the comfort of knowing you're not the only one navigating these challenges.
Bring your questions, your frustrations, your wins, and your kids. Drop in whenever. You'll leave feeling seen, supported, and a little lighter than when you arrived.
