Why this course exists
Preparing For Motherhood - Less Stuff, More Instinctual Parenting
Most prenatal education focuses on getting through birth.
This course focuses on preparing you for the early days, where decisions come fast and shape everything that follows.
This course gives you what traditional prenatal classes miss:
how your body actually works in labor
how birth impacts feeding, bonding, sleep, and development
how to support your nervous system now and in motherhood
how bonding and attachment begin and why its foundational for the rest
what postpartum really can look like- blissful, supported, connected
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about feeling prepared, steady, and confident in your choices.
Because your choices shape everything that follows.
