  • Postpartum Yoga with Baby

    Gentle movements for your healing body while keeping your little one close. Because we're always postpartum, whether it's been 6 weeks or 6 years—this class honors wherever you are in your journey. Your little one is welcome at any stage, whether nestled against your chest, nursing in your arms, or playing nearby as you reconnect with yourself.

    Perfect for: All mothers beyond birth—from fresh postpartum with newborns to years later with older babies

  • Yoga Connect

    An afternoon class to reconnect and cool down after an exciting day of work or daycare. This playful, interactive experience helps you and your child decompress through gentle yoga, games, songs, and mindfulness. The perfect way to strengthen your bond before evening begins. 

    Perfect for: Caregivers with mobile babies and toddlers ( 10 months to 3 years) 

  • Pelvic Floor Movement

    Rebuild your foundation with movements that support healing and strength. For all bodies—pregnant, postpartum, or years beyond.
