FAQs
About Our Space & Membership
-
Think of it as your cozy second home—a warm living room where you can work, rest, connect with other mothers, or simply breathe outside your four walls. It's a place to be yourself while staying close to your little one.
-
Rooted is designed for moms and little ones from newborn through early childhood (around 5 years old). Our play space is especially supportive for babies and toddlers, but older siblings are always welcome too.
-
Absolutely! We're designed with real life in mind. Bring your stroller, diaper bag, whatever makes your visit easier.
-
We know moms need their coffee! Drinks are welcome throughout the space as long as they have a lid to prevent spills. Food is only permitted in our designated eating areas to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone.
-
Both of our passes welcome a co-caregiver with you. If you would like your co-caregiver to come without you we have an add on monthly option within our lifetime pass.
-
We no longer have monthly memberships. We have a pay-once Lifetime pass, that gets you lifetime access! Pay once, come whenever.
-
No, we're not a childcare center. Your little one stays with you at all times—that's actually the heart of our philosophy. We believe in wellness with your child, not apart from them.
-
Children must remain with their parent or caregiver at all times. We're designed around the idea that you don't have to separate to care for yourself.
About Classes
-
Not at all. Our classes are open to the community.
-
We require 12-hour cancellation notice for rebooking.
-
If you're ill and need to miss class, you can reschedule to any available class within 15 days of your original date. For everyone's health, we don't allow entry if you or your child show signs of illness (fever, persistent cough, etc.).
