FAQs
About Our Space & Membership
-
Think of it as your cozy second home—a warm living room where you can work, rest, connect with other mothers, or simply breathe outside your four walls. It's a place to be yourself while staying close to your little one.
-
Your membership gives you unlimited access to our beautiful community space Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm. Come early before your day starts, during naptime, or after work—whatever rhythm works for your family. Classes are booked separately and are the same price for everyone.
-
All ages are welcome—from newborns to toddlers to school-age children. Our space is designed to work with the natural rhythms of having little ones present.
-
Absolutely! We're designed with real life in mind. Bring your stroller, diaper bag, whatever makes your visit easier.
-
We know moms need their coffee! Drinks are welcome throughout the space as long as they have a lid to prevent spills. (Picture this: stopping at Yuki's for your iced latte, then straight to Rooted.) Kids' water bottles are always allowed. Food is only permitted in our designated eating areas to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone.
-
Unless you have a The Village membership, our space is designed for parents with their children. Grandparents and nannies are welcome when accompanied by the member or their partner.
-
Memberships auto-renew monthly using your card on file. We ask for a 3-month minimum commitment to give you time to truly experience the benefits of belonging at Rooted. After that, you can cancel at your convenience with written notice. You can choose to pay monthly or every 3 months—the 3-month option saves you 30% compared to monthly payments. You're also free to switch between payment options whenever works best for you.
-
No, we're not a childcare center. Your little one stays with you at all times—that's actually the heart of our philosophy. We believe in wellness with your child, not apart from them.
-
Children must remain with their parent or caregiver at all times. We're designed around the idea that you don't have to separate to care for yourself.
About Classes
-
Not at all. Anyone can book our classes, whether you're a member or not. Classes are open to everyone at the same price.
-
We require 2-hour cancellation notice for rebooking. If you know you'll be late, contact us up to 15 minutes before class starts to reschedule to a future class.
-
You can join late, but won't receive a refund for missed time unless you contact us at least 15 minutes before class starts to reschedule.
-
If you're ill and need to miss class, you can reschedule to any available class within 15 days of your original date. For everyone's health, we don't allow entry if you or your child show signs of illness (fever, persistent cough, etc.).
